Todd Meierhenry is a nationally known attorney and business leader. Todd practices in the area of public finance, real estate and business consulting. Todd has acted as bond counsel in bond issuances for almost all of the cities and school districts in the State of South Dakota. Todd’s practice also encompasses most areas of real estate transactions, including zoning, real estate development, acquisitions and dispositions of real property assets, financing, leasing, structured finance, commercial and residential development as well as sophisticated structures and bank financing of real estate and real estate related assets.
