Financial Guiaranty Insurance Co. was downgraded by Fitch to AA from AAA this week.  If you are an issuer of Bonds or a holder, the downgrade of the bond insurer may have rammifications on secondary maket sales.  The following is a list of bond insurers, those with  "**" infront of their names indicate they are active in South Dakota.
