On January 16, 2008, the Union County Zoning Commission favorably recommended the application for rezoning for Hyperion Refining LLC to the Union County Commission.  This is the first step of a two step process of obtaining a rezoning approval from Ag to Planned Development.  The Union County Commission will be required to have a public hearing to hearing the application.  Todd Meierhenry of Danforth & Meierhenry is leading the application process.
